We have seen your impressive work in action!

Thank you for hosting a GlobalGiving Field team member at CPAR Uganda Ltd this year! GlobalGiving’s site visits are an important part of our work, and our team is always so excited to be able to meet, support, and learn from our nonprofit partners in-person. We appreciate your taking time from your important work to meet with our team and share your programs.

CPAR Uganda Ltd was visited by GlobalGiving representative Leena El Seed. This organisation has successfully completed the GlobalGiving due deligence process and is in good standing as a valuable member of our community.

Our endorsement from GlobalGiving Reads.

For visiting with us at our Lira Learning Centre in Northern Ugandan, we at CPAR Uganda are grateful to GlobalGiving. The visit revived our passion and inspired us to stay the course to do good. The visit was really inspiring and an eye opener, we think for both sides, but mostly for us. Yes, some of the tips that Leena generously shared with us we have begun to implement already and we are feeling the positive impact already. We are already hoping for and looking forward to another visit from Global Giving.

We have every confidence that our project in partnership with GlobalGiving will succeed to mentor 25 Ugandan young adults into innovators who are highly skilled and who have experienced positive life-changing awakening processes that will lead them to rational analyses of their own attitudes and actions; and of the existing social, cultural, economic and political relationships in their communities. Their experiential learning from the analyses will motivate them to take action against poverty and improve standards of living for at least 250 people living in 50 Ugandan households. Please note that our call for applications from young adults to participate in the first module of our mentoring programme, “Understanding Poverty in Rural Uganda” is now out. Read more and download the application form here. Help us and share widely to young adults in your networks and areas of operation.
