“We are excited to share with you our campaign this week that promises to make a meaningful impact: Earth Week! Canadian Physicians for Aid and Relief (CPAR) invites you to join us in celebrating Earth Day with a week-long campaign dedicated to supporting sustainable initiatives.

From sweatshirts to toques, you can win it all AND make a positive difference!

What is Earth Week?

Earth Week is a special campaign organized by CPAR in honor of Earth Day, today, April 22. From April 22nd to April 26th, we are organizing a social media campaign along with activities aimed at raising environmental awareness and supporting CPAR causes.

How Can You Participate?

• Make a Donation: Visit our website (cpar.ca) to make a contribution towards CPAR during Earth Week. Every donation, no matter the size, will have a positive impact!
• Receive Your CPAR Merch (Merchandise): When you donate a certain amount (min. of $25), you’ll automatically qualify to receive a variety of CPAR ‘Plant A Tree’ merch based on the amount you donated. It’s our way of saying thank you for your generosity!
• Spread the Word: Share your donation story and photos of your CPAR merch on social media using the hashtag #EarthWeek2024 and #GoGreen. Encourage your friends and family to join the campaign and make a difference!

At CPAR, we believe that small actions can lead to big changes. By participating in Earth Week and donating to the cause, you are taking action and creating positive change in the world. Your donation will support initiatives focused on education, healthcare, sustainable agriculture, and more, making a lasting impact on communities in need in Africa.

A beneficiary of CPAR’s Farmers First Project in Northern Uganda used the knowledge and skills that she learned from our project to expand her tree seedlings income generating activity. She is significantly contributing to nurturing earth through making tree seedlings readily available for others in her community to buy and plant. While simultaneously earning an income that is enabling her to put food on a the table and to meet other necessary needs for her children.
