Do you see yourself as a leader?

Am proud to be among a team with the honour, the privilege, the responsibility to take the lead in mentoring the next generation leaders of Uganda.

Interaction with our CPAR Uganda teams nourishes me each time. Yesterday, for example, I was at our Board Chair’s office and I took a snapshot of this hanging on his door👇

Our Board Chair, Prof. Dr. Christopher Garimoi Orach, is a Professor at the School of Public Health Makerere University.We need thinkers who can domesticate knowledge and approaches to work for the good of the masses on our motherland.

We need us all to see ourselves as leaders.  At a given time we really are. In our homes, for example, there are times when children in their innocence take the lead in showing us our tainted lenses.

May we find the wisdom to see the in the lead. My we follow and nurture their leadership potential.
