Beneficiaries of our interventions

Stimulate development, dissemination and widespread application of technologies suitable for Uganda is the mission of CPAR Uganda.

We love being around beneficiaries of our interventions.

Right from the start of their journeys with us.

We learn a lot from them – they freely give of their stories and in that way they contribute greatly to shaping our interventions.

Currently, we are receiving applications for our next training course, under our Dr. Paul Hargrave Memorial Centre Human Development Project, that we are jointly implementing with Canadian Physicians for Aid and Relief (CPAR).

Today, 20th February 2026, is the last day of receiving applications.

From the applications that we have received so far, we have already begun to learn loads.

We are excited to receive at least 25 young adults – men and women – to participate as trainees on our next course on income generation, savings and credit.

And there after, others for the upcoming courses throughout this year.

We know the journey with us of the beneficiaries of our interventions will not leave us the same. It will enrich us.

Reminds me of the wisdom of “go to the people, live with them and learn from them.” The most effective change agents do do.
