You are among the best in the business, an audio recordist/mixer, crews fixer, a sound mixer, and, and, and,,,
“Armed with his audio gear, Shantos believes no job is too complicated for him to accomplish,” Maisha Film Lab writes of you.
It is no wonder that you have “had the privilege of working with global broadcasters and platforms like:
- Netflix
- SpringHill Company
- Story hunters (UK)
- Al Jazeera
- BBC
- CBN
- Prime Video
- DSTV
- CBS
- Deutsche Welle (DW)
- And numerous respected production houses.”
What a privilege it was for us at CPAR Uganda, especially so our learners undergoing our CPAR Youth Media Training, to be nourished by you.
You lent us precious time and freely gave of your expertise. Inspiring us and nurturing our dreams that it is possible for us too to pursue and do good in your chosen career.
A significant contribution you gifted our learners and therefore our Dr. Paul Hargrave Memorial Centre Human Development Project that we are jointly implementing with Canadian Physicians for Aid and Relief (CPAR).

We are still starstruck that we got access to one that contributed to the making of now famous productions such as: Queen of Katwe and “27 Guns: A Story of Uganda’s Bush War.”
Our CPAR Youth Media Training Programs Coordinator, Mr. Philip Luswata, indeed, delivered on his promise that he would assemble and expose our learners to wisdom from the best in the business.
We are grateful to you for your philanthropy, freely sharing knowledge and wisdom with our learners, and giving back for the benefit of less advantaged communities in Uganda.
Thank you!
