Paying it forward …

Stimulating development, dissemination and widespread application of technologies suitable and adaptable for Uganda is the mission of CPAR Uganda.

A message of gratitude from Okello Samuel Baker.

Okello is a direct beneficiary of our CPAR Photography Masterclass, under the “Training Media Change Agents” component of the “Dr. Paul Hargrave Memorial Centre Human Development” Project; that we are co-implementing with Canadian Physicians for Aid and Relief.

Doing that which contributes to the achievement of our mission, “stimulating development, dissemination and widespread application of technologies suitable and adaptable to the social cultural and economic conditions of Uganda,” is when we feel most productive.

We are energized by feedback, such as the message from Okello, herein above. Being recognized as having enhanced the endowment of a young man and a ‘young photographer’ is motivating.

Paying it forward …

Media Change Agent Okello, we, at CPAR Uganda, are delighted to read how the knowledge and skills you learned from our photography masterclass are enabling you to do good, while you earn a living.

“My reason for applying and coming to attend the CPAR Photography Masterclass is to acquire professional photography skills, so as to upgrade my sports journalism skills,” you testified.

Happy to read that team CPAR Uganda delivered and that, as a beneficiary, your expectations and aspirations from us are met.
