Since April 2012, Ms. Norah Owaraga is the Managing Director of CPAR Uganda. She has over 22 years work experience in the development arena providing distinguished services as a senior development manager.
Ms. Owaraga holds a Master of Science Degree in Development Management from the Open University, United Kingdom and is a cultural anthropologist who is researching the association between the beliefs, attitudes and practices of her people, the Iteso of Uganda, and food insecurity.
She is a humanist blogger and a Fellow of the African Leadership Initiative East Africa (ALI EA) and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network (AGLN)
