On Saturday, 23^rd March 2024, at the Golden Tulip in Kampala, Ms. Eseza Mulyagonja and her team launched their cutting-edge initiative, The Audacious Women’s Business & Life Accelerator. In her welcome remarks, she reminded us that:

“The Bible says money answers all things.”

The intention, therefore, of the Audacious Women’s Accelerator, as I understood it, is:

• Inspire women to appreciate the value of getting equipped a long their business and life journey, in order to make money while positively impact lives with their products and services.

• Nurture women to courageously put their best foot forward to do big business. To have a mindset change that will trigger their restlessness and propel women to burst out of the little village mentality.

• Embolden women to push passed and or break glass ceilings of socialisation and to be comfortable thinking long-term and global business brands.

What a privileged it was for me to be part of the launch activities as the Moderator of the panel discussion, with an audience of audacious entrepreneurial women and men with humanity-centred values.

I enjoyed and was nourished by our panel conversation with Ms. Ritah Bazabyabwe, who leads the Women’s Programme at Finance Trust Bank; Ms. Juliet Kasiita, the Country Director of SINAPIS Uganda; and Mr. Roy Gakuo Masiga, the Managing Director of Imuka Access.

We conversed about how our distinguished panellist make money, why they make money, what has been their impact, how they have handled glass ceilings and overcame them to do big business; and more.
