Contribute towards human (personal) development, the foundation of all development.
Continue doing as we are doing with our Dr. Paul Hargrave Memorial Centre Human Development Project that we are jointly implementing with Canadian Physicians for Aid and Relief.
Innovate, design and deliver life changing conscious awakening skills training.
Such as, our CPAR Youth’s Skills Development Masterclass – The Essentials of Photography, which is scheduled to take place from Monday, 6th April 2026 to Sunday, 19th April 2026 at our Dr. Paul Hargrave Memorial Centre in Lira City.
It is the second of two courses for training Media Change Agents under our Dr. Paul Hargrave Memorial Centre project.
The first CPAR Youth Media Training we conducted in November 2025.

Lessons learned from the first course have informed the second course happening during the next couple of weeks.
We are are excited to host and nurture 30 youth from all over our strategic region of operation – Greater Northern Uganda – into Media Change Agents.
Media Change Agents who will be able to utilize their skills sets to improve own livelihoods and the quality of life of their respective households; as well as contribute to positively impacting the wider communities in which they live.
Happy Easter weekend!
