We, at CPAR Uganda, wish that each and every Ugandan is endowed with money skills. If we had the super power to make it magically happen, by command of a wand, we would do so.
Reality check, however, we do that which is within our means, and with the support of our partners. Case in point, a legacy grant from kin of late Dr. Paul Hargrave via Canadian Physicians for Aid and Relief is enabling us to partly achieve our wish.
