Since April 2012, Ms. Norah Owaraga is the Managing Director of CPAR Uganda. She has decades of work experience in the development arena providing distinguished services as an award wining senior development manager.

Ms. Owaraga holds a Master of Science Degree in Development Management from the Open University, United Kingdom and is a cultural anthropologist who is researching the association between the beliefs, attitudes and practices of her people, the Iteso of Uganda, and food insecurity.
She is a humanist blogger and a Fellow of the African Leadership Initiative East Africa (ALI EA) and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network (AGLN)
