Prof. Enon expressed his appreciation of our CPAR Uganda Lira Learning Centre during the speech that he gave on Saturday, 17th April 2021, at the launch of our project. Our Lira Learning Centre is located on Plot 5 Makerere Road, right opposite the Lira City Council offices on the same side as the offices of the Resident City Commissioner and of the District Health Officer.
